Visitors can explore the festively decorated custom homes in Austin, enjoy delicious holiday treats and can take advantage of holiday incentives all month long. Visitors are also specially invited to the Holiday Home Tour Weekend Celebration, December 5th and 6th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Holiday Home Tour showcases Jimmy Jacobs' model homes at three communities in the Georgetown area. The tour starts at Shady Oaks, a community of acre plus lots, featuring a peaceful, country setting and homes from the 259's. The Shady Oaks model home "The San Gabriel" showcases the best of luxurious, Ranch-style custom homes in Austin.
Next stop on the Holiday Home Tour is Woodland Park, an acre plus community of heavily wooded home sites. The Woodland Park model "The Guadalupe" features an immense, open floor plan with majestic stone archways and breathtaking Hill Country views.
The tour ends at the premier, active-adult, 55 and better community, Heritage Oaks, with homes from the 199's. The Heritage Oaks Model Park features three exquisite, one-story homes that capture the superior quality of Jimmy Jacobs' custom designs.
Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes Holiday Home Tour Weekend Celebration is scheduled for Saturday, December 5th and Sunday, December 6th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The model homes will be open late for visitors to view the stunning Christmas lights and to come inside and admire the festive holiday decor. A special selection of Christmas treats and hot cider will be served, and interested home builders can receive limited-time, holiday incentives on Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes. Visitors are asked to bring a new, unwrapped present to place under the tree benefiting the Blue Santa of Georgetown.
