For the past three decades, Ms. Calcagno has been refining a sophisticated skill set consisting of solid business and technical acumen. Ms. Calcagno's professional background encompasses a broad spectrum of technology. Early experience includes RF engineering on Military avionics systems for the B-1B bomber, EF-111, EA-6B, Space Shuttle projects, and programming multi-media applications via satellite technology on win95/98 platforms. Prior to accepting the position at MovieTickets.com, Ms. Calcagno was President of A.T.I. Consulting Services, Inc., a DOT, WBE and SBE international consulting firm offering IT solutions. Her career started around age 12, learning to manage family restaurants and later, commercial real estate holdings, adding technology to her skill set at age 19.

As the director of quality assurance for the advance movie ticket provider, Ms. Calcagno works on strategic planning initiatives; she is also responsible for the launch of the quality assurance department and assuring enterprise-quality agile development. In addition, Ms. Calcagno holds ITIL and Scrum Master certifications and is Microsoft Certified.

Ms. Calcagno attributes her success to her can-do attitude, and to her commitment to thinking out of the box along with a unique ability to bridge the gap between development, operations and support teams. Her many accomplishments include turning around derailed projects for Viacom/MTVN, WeightWatchers.com, ClickRadio and Pitney Bowes. Ms. Calcagno is a graduate of DeVry Technical Institute, and The Chubb Institute where she studied Electronics Technology and Software Engineering and Programming.

Looking ahead, she intends to help the company get to the next level by implementing a hybrid of Agile and ITIL best practices and processes.
