Mr. Oxley is an expert in financial, retirement and estate plans, as well as long-term care, and he attributes much of his success to his reputation within the industry.
He completed his doctoral studies at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, having earned a Master of Education through Rutgers, as well. He completed courses in pastoral care at LaSalle University, and earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy and religion at Temple University. Mr. Oxley is also a certified senior adviser and the author of two books, "Drama as a Meaning Maker" and "New Seasons of Happiness."
In five years, Mr. Oxley plans to merge his company with another that provides similar products, and conduct additional seminars.
