Joshua Lundberg Announces Participation in German Shepherd Breeding Program

    NEW SKETE, NY, December 21, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joshua Lundberg has long had a passion for German Shepherds, as he and his family have a history of working with the breed. Although Joshua Lundberg has many other interests, he has always made time to continue working with his German Shepherds. Thanks to the family's commitment to the breed, Joshua Lundberg and his family were recently asked to assist with the well-known breeding program run by the Monks of New Skeete, New York.

The Monks of New Skeete, New York are famous for their training programs, which are internationally respected. These training programs are based on the ideals of monastic life and are focused on instilling a sense of obedience into the dog. Joshua Lundberg and his family have respected this training program for many years. Through a variety of books, videos, and classes, the monks have made their unique training program available to the general public.

However, the monks also run breeding programs that are focused developing German Shepherds into the ideal companion dog. With a focus on improving the temperament of their dogs as well as enhancing certain physical aspects, the monks conduct extensive research on the bloodlines of their dogs. Joshua Lundberg also respects the monks' commitment to developing the personality of the breed to serve as an even better companion.

Although the monks of New Skeete have enjoyed immense success in their dog breeding efforts, they are still continually searching for innovative ways to improve their breeding process. Since Joshua Lundberg and his family have vast experience in the field of German Shepherd breeding, the monks invited the family to participate in the breeding program. Through this partnership, the monks hoped to discover new ways to enhance the personality and temperament of the breed.

As a part of this program, Joshua Lundberg was able to develop his skills in the area of socializing German Shepherd puppies. With some previous experience through his family's breeding efforts, Joshua Lundberg was able to help these puppies learn how to behave in a social setting. Joshua Lundberg found his participation in the partnership to be very rewarding as he was able to work closely with certain dogs and puppies and learn new skills in the field of German Shepherd breeding.

Although Joshua Lundberg now focuses on his responsibilities as a student as well as an employee at a manufacturing company, he continues to assist in his family's breeding efforts. "German Shepherds will always be one of my passions," comments Joshua Lundberg. "Working with the monks of New Skeete was an incredible opportunity that allowed me to learn so much about this field."

Joshua Lundberg has distinguished himself in a variety of ways besides his work with German Shepherds. For instance, his leadership skills have allowed Joshua Lundberg to attend a respected youth leadership training program. In addition, Joshua Lundberg was recently invited to attend a United Nations conference as a youth representative. At this conference, Joshua Lundberg promoted the cause of finding a solution to deal with the problem of worldwide youth violence.
