With 30 years of experience in finance, Ms. Cataralla is known for her expertise in financial system implementations and upgrades. She has years of PeopleSoft FSCM experience and has extensive functional and technical experience in the areas of business analysis and ERP implementations. She has extensive RFP/RFQ expertise, developing Requirements Definitions, Fit/Gap analysis, performing setup and configurations, testing, security, as well as training expertise. Ms. Catarella received a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from Saint John's University and a B.B.A. degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Pace University. At the end of her college career, she became employed in a Controllership program for a Fortune 200 multinational consumer products company in Cost and Budget. This included financial systems and custom programming exposure for cost analysis and reporting. She then had an opportunity to travel internationally doing operational reviews for this major organization, which evolved to her current system analysis and consulting work. She begin in consulting working for the world's largest professional services firm performing ERP implementations that serviced multiple industries. This progessed to managing a PeopleSoft practice for a major consulting firm in New Jersey and ultimately to establishing her own business.
