AKRON, OH, September 3, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Justin Everett Hilton, Senior Associate Vice President for University Relations at Kent State University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in public relations and marketing.

Mr. Hilton began his professional career 19 years ago as an architectural designer. At the time, he worked in the greater Akron and Cleveland areas on a plethora of projects, including The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. He feels honored for recently being accepted into the 27th class of Leadership Akron in Akron, Ohio. Currently, as the Senior Associate Vice President for University Relations at Kent State University, he specializes in public relations and marketing. In his position, he coordinates with executive officers and department heads, oversees public relations for the University through print, radio, and web media, collaborates with eight campuses and manages government relations as a means of further developing the University.

Mr. Hilton received three degrees, including a Master of Architecture, from Kent State University in 1997. In his spare time, he serves his community as a youth mentor, volunteer, board member, motivational speaker, and dream facilitator. He attributes his success to his ability to build relationships. In the future, he intends to create a comprehensive, franchisable education system at the elementary level that equips our youth for the successful pursuit of their dreams and goals and will include vital skill sets like networking, entrepreneurship, money management and wealth creation, communication, servitude, and relationship development.
