    NEW YORK, NY, December 3, 2008 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Kathleen Marena, Creative Director and Founder of Marena Studios, has been recognized as a VIP Member by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in all facets of graphic design and advertising,

Ms. Marena has 25 years of professional experience, 14 of which have been in her current position as the CEO of Marena Studios. A specialist in branding and design, she is responsible for creating graphics, collateral, internet sites, advertising campaigns, packaging design, and specialty signage. Her firm provides a diverse range of design and advertising services, from branding and name development to print materials and convention installations, for clients spanning all industries. Prior to founding her studio, Ms. Marena held executive creative positions at Doyle Dane Bernbach, J. Walter Thompson, and a variety of boutique agencies. Her many awards include Gold and Bronze medals from the International Academy of Film and Television, The International Mobius award, and accolades from the Advertising Women of New York.

Ms. Marena completed coursework in media arts at the School of Visual Arts and a diploma from the Fashion Institute of Technology. In fact, she was the first adjunct professor to teach in FIT's newly established computer design department in the 1980s. At that time she also consulted as a Corporate Trainer for Conde Nast and other businesses seeking to computerize their art studios. She is a member of the Graphic Artists Guild, The Alternative Board, and the Advertising Women of New York. She provides pro bono work to local healthcare organizations and attributes her success to hard work, a focus on client service, persistence, and a good sense of humor.
