Kathy McBride Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Health Care Facilities Quality Assurance

    Sebring, Ohio, November 8, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kathy McBride, Corporate Resource Director, Quality Management for Kindred Healthcare, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in Health Care Facilities Quality Assurance.

Ms. McBride began her career as a registered nurse, but she continued her education in business administration. She began working for a long-term care facility in a quality role. She enjoyed her work and excelled in the position. She has gained more than a decade of experience in the field, with two years of experience as corporate resource director, quality management for Kindred Healthcare. The grouping of facilities provides post-acute care services to the public. In her position, she is charged with ensuring proper facility evaluations. This includes interacting with the various hospitals in the system and ensuring that they have their quality processes in place. In order to ensure complete oversight and quality assurance is achieved, she also works with each facility individually. This entails training staff to meet joint commission evaluations.

Ms. McBride received a MBA in 2007 from Walden University; a bachelor of arts in Business Management in 2003 from Malone University; and a diploma in nursing in 1993 from the Aultman School of Nursing. She was the recipient of the Acute Care Award.
