Prior to joining the SpyGlass Group, Mr. Peterman was president of Exelis Communications and Force Protection Systems, and president of ITT Communications Systems, among several other high-level industry leadership positions within the defense and aerospace fields. Mr. Peterman has consistently transformed talented individual contributors into strong, cohesive winning teams and has built numerous winning teams over the course of his very successful career. His teams always operate with the highest level of integrity and leverage diversity as a major strength - diversity of background, talent, culture and experience, certainly.
Mr. Peterman received a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering with high honors from Tri-State University, which is now known as Trine. In addition to this degree, he has completed executive education programs at The Pennsylvania State University and Stanford University. He is the chairman of the Indiana Aerospace and Defense Council and a member of the AFCEA, the National Defense Industry Association, and the Association of the United States Army.
