/Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Kenneth Kulbeda, Senior Project Manager of Asset Management for EMG, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in environmental and facility assessment services.
Being able to look at a structure and say, "Wow, I designed that building," is the most gratifying part of Mr. Kulbeda's career. After performing some architectural work while in high school, he decided to make it his career and eventually branched into construction, as he felt there were more opportunities in this area. He has gained nearly four decades of experience in the field, dedicating the past 11 to the environmental and engineering assessment consultancy, EMG.
Holding expertise in interior, exterior and structural architecture, Mr. Kulbeda assesses properties for government work, housing authorities and schools. He also interacts with financial institutions and diversified clients. He attributes his success to his hard work and knowledge of the industry.
In 1973, Mr. Kulbeda earned an Associate Degree in Architecture from Triton College, followed two years later with a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Illinois. He has been named a
Professional of the Year in Facility Assessment Service by Worldwide Who's Who and supports his local church. In the coming years, he hopes to continue to grow with the company.
