Growing up, Kim L. Higgins assisted her father at his McDonald's franchise location. An expert in restaurant chain management, Ms. Higgins Lane currently owns and operates four McDonald's locations and employees more than 200 staff members.

Her corporate objectives have been so effective that she was honored with the Manager of the Year Award in 2000 and with the Restaurant of the Year Award in both 2009 and 2010. Serving as a board member for the Ronald McDonald House Charity, Ms. Higgins Lane aims to continue networking and collaborating with other business owners throughout Canada.
During the course of her successful career, Ms. Higgins Lane has also raise two beautiful children, seamlessly balancing career and home life. She is an inspiration to her children, just as her father had been to her. Attributing her success to a skill set for personnel development, she aims to continue serving as a mentor and advisor to young business professionals in the coming years.
