    VILLA HILLS, KY, July 10, 2012 /Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Kimberly A. Smith, Director of Human Resource Administration and Payroll at Cincinnati Bell Inc., has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in telecommunications.

After climbing through the ranks at Cincinnati Bell Inc., Ms. Smith was named the company's Director of Human Resource Administration and Payroll in 2003. She has a total of 35 years of professional experience, and has acquired a unique skill set during this time. She is responsible for ensuring that all employee human resource records are accurate, as well as traveling to companies to set up HR & payroll systems for subsidiaries.

A certified payroll professional, Ms. Smith is active with the American Payroll Association on a national, state and local level. She has been recognized for her invaluable contributions to the field as a recipient of the 2011 Ohio Payroll Professional of the Year award. In her spare time, she serves as the chairman of the board for the Cintel Federal Credit Union. Prior to establishing her career, Ms. Smith earned an associate degree in management from Xavier University.
