Cambridge Who's Who
/Cambridge Who's Who/ - Orland Park, IL, July 9, 2008, Kristin Heiden, Art Teacher for Kirby School District 140, has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of art education.
Ms. Heiden has eight years of teaching experience with the Kirby School District 140. She is considered an expert in drawing and designing. Her daily responsibilities include instructing primary art education, teaching first through fifth grade students, developing curriculum, creating class projects and consulting with parents. To date, Ms. Heiden has prepared four students for competition, two of whom finished in first and second place. She attributes her success to her hard work and the support of her colleagues.
In 2004, Ms. Heiden received her Master of Arts in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Governors State University. She is a member of the International Association for Educational Assessment. In five years, Ms. Heiden hopes to complete her certification course.
