As a registered nurse at Vista Grande Inn, Ms. Haak is responsible for administering medication, overseeing room care and contacting doctors and family members. When her father died of a heart attack at age 40, she was inspired to become a nurse. She attributes her success to passion for nursing. Ms. Haak became a registered nurse in 1961.
