With six years of experience in his current position, Mr. Kramer's expertise is in change management. He is responsible for overseeing the accounting, human resources, administration, safety, member services and information technology departments. In 1980, Mr. Kramer received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Houston Clearlake. A certified public accountant, He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Human Resource Management. In his spare time, Mr. Kramer volunteers for WINGS and the American Cancer Society and Respite Care. In the future, He hopes to see technical change implemented in his company.
