The event, hosted by the American Red Cross Southeast Louisiana Chapter, is a fundraising gala that will honor all the First Responders and pay special tribute to LTG Russel L. Honore, USA (Ret) who mobilized the response that ultimately saved the city. It will be held August 28th at The Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans.
