Williamson, a realtor and broker for Keller Williams Advantage Realty Brokerage and a member of the Agents Leadership Council, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Who's Who. After spending years as a social worker, Ms. Williamson made the decision to establish a career that was a complete change of pace. Inspired by her mother, who was always interested in real estate, and her experiences with buying properties in Newfoundland, Ms. Williamson entered the real estate industry. Today, she has 26 years of experience in the industry and serves as a realtor and broker for Keller Williams Advantage Realty and is on the Agents Leadership Council. As a realtor and broker for Keller Williams, Ms. Williamson chooses to help with educating her fellow agents and clients with seminars for investment and personal growth. Ms. Williamson represents buyers and sellers, mostly residential and some commercial. Ms. Williamson has been seeing her clients through the entire process of buying and selling and far beyond. She enjoys keeping in touch and making sure the service continues. Ms. Williamson has sat for a few years on the ALC, which oversees the company. In her career, she has become an expert in residential properties, and helping people transition into retirement residences and condos.
Prior to attaining her current positions, Ms. Williamson worked for Royal Le Page, ReMax, and Prudential, and achieved top awards in all the brokerages for which she has worked.
Ms. Williamson attributes her success to being a good listener and putting her clients' needs first. Social work formed in her a dedicated and hardworking background with people always coming first. She continues to love the business and the people that make the business a fun and profitable career, and aspires to continue in her field and train and mentor up-and-coming real estate agents in the coming years.
Ms. Williamson earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and is a certified relocation specialist and holds a broker's license. She is an Accredited Senior's Agent and belongs to the Canadian Realtors Association and Ontario Realtors Association.
