/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Linda K. Brown, Government Operations Consultant II for the Florida Department of Revenue, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in public services.
Knowledgeable of computers and accounting, Ms. Brown celebrates 27 years working for the State of Florida. She spent the first 16 years at the Department of Labor and Employment Security. Today, she works for the Department of Revenue as an operations consultant. Originally, she handled unemployment compensation. However, now, she prepares bank reconciliations for the child support enforcement program.
Ms. Brown is also the owner of L and B Photos, a studio that provides clients with digital, outdoor and still photography. Specializing in outdoor and nature photography, she is mainly concerned with managing studio operations. It is her hard work and discipline that has made her successful.
In 1983, she received a Bachelor of Science from The Florida State University. Her free time is dedicated to her local photography club, St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge, The American Diabetes Association, and The American National Red Cross. Upon her retirement from the Department of Revenue, Ms. Brown intends to focus on the expansion of her studio.
