Lisa S. Brown Named a Worldwide Who's Who Executive of the Year for Excellence in Business Management

Prior to her acquisition by Raytheon, Ms. Brown served as the chief financial officer of Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc., where she established a track record of excellence in the area of computer security solutions.

A seasoned professional within the industry, Ms. Brown attributes her success to her commitment. At the beginning of her career, she was interested in accounting, however as she grew in this regard, she eventually became the controller of a technology company. Through this role, her interest in technology grew and eventually led her to her current position.

Ms. Brown received an MBA from Shenandoah University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Towson University. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the advisory committee of The CFO Alliance, the Association for Corporate Growth, Financial Executives International, and Women In Technology. In 2012, she was recognized as one of the top "Women Who Mean Business" by the Washington Business Journal, and she received a CFO of the Year Award from the same publication a year earlier.
