LogicBright CRM Data Sheet - OVERLAND PARK, KS, September 17, 2008 - LogicBright, the powerful yet easy to use
CRM package, has added several new features and support for new browsers including Google's Chrome. The new features and browser support were made available to all customers during an update earlier this week.
Among the new features in LogicBright is the ability to quickly export all CRM data.
Any user may export their data instantly, and at no cost, alleviating concerns over control of data.
"We saw other CRM companies charging their customers for backups of their own data and thought that if we were their customers, we wouldn't like that one bit," stated Steve Schmidt, President, Tekniq Data Corporation, maker of LogicBright. "So we planned from the start to provide free, on-demand access to our clients, so they can export their own data, at any time, free of charge."
LogicBright also now supports Safari 3.1, FireFox 3, and Google's Chrome. Over 99% of LogicBright's feature set is supported by these browsers, and LogicBright continues to support Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7, and FireFox 2.
Other features added to LogicBright in September are: additional custom field types and reporting capabilities. LogicBright's CRM package is geared towards small and medium sized businesses who desire an easy to use
contact manager that also has some of the powerful reporting features of a traditional CRM package.
