The new Web site enables visitors to locate the perfect floral arrangement by colour, occasion or price, and ensures that visitors will be able to locate easily the arrangements that work best for their needs. Customers who place their orders via the store's new Web site also receive free local delivery. "The price you see on the Web site is the price you pay. There are no hidden delivery fees or service charges," says Giesbrecht.

"Aside from being able to make purchases on the Web site, customers can call us toll-free during store hours to ask questions, check on the status of their order or place orders over the phone," says Giesbrecht. "So many customers have told us about unhappy experiences they had when ordering flowers online. We wanted to make sure that our Web site offers the same distinguished service we provide in our store."

Lorna's Flowers is a local Steinbach florist. The retail store is located at 2-275 Main Street in Steinbach. Store hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The store is closed on Sundays.
