PUYALLUP, WA, December 9, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lynnette Thorsteinson, High School English Teacher at Governor John R. Rogers High School in the Puyallup School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of secondary and elementary education.
With an impressive background of more than 21 years of experience in education, Mrs. Thorsteinson is primarily responsible for developing curriculum, teaching English to students from the 10th through 12th grades, mentoring teachers, working with leadership teams, and building relationship with students. She earned her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University in 2003 and her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Elementary Education from the University of Washington in 1983. Mrs. Thorsteinson attributes her success to her persistence, and looks to employ the same trait as she pursues her goals for the future.
