ATLANTA, GA, January 09, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Need Real Estate Confidence? "Making Green in a Downward Real Estate Market" might just boost your confidence. Sonya Rose's article is featured in Georgia Realty Magazine online at http://www.georgiarealtymagazine.com.

Sonya Rose of InvestAtlanta Commercial Realty is featured in Georgia Realty Magazine this month (www.georgiarealtymagazine.com). Right now, professionals in the industry are looking answers. Her article, Making Green in a Downward Real Estate Market will encourage you.

Making Green in a Downward Real Estate Market
The economy is down. There is no doubt about that. Our country has long been the strongest force in the world. There is a shift in power, as other countries such as India and China are growing much faster economically than the US.

Most economists and real estate leaders believe that we have at least two years left in a weaker market. The real estate values have dropped significantly, and in some areas of the country it could be described as more severe.

Take the Opportunity
As we take all this in, there are opportunities. As a real estate broker, there is less competition. The serious brokers are still working. Others have returned to the work force or have just given up on this business entirely. That means more business for some of us.

More investors are looking to buy "cash flow" businesses such as restaurants, day care centers, and gas stations. Cash flow may be less because of rising operating costs and a smaller customer base, but the sales prices are adjusting at the same time and when the market does come back, the economy will be in great shape because of all the equity that has been built up in these properties.

Invest Right NOW!
My advice is to "Invest Now." Invest as you carefully consider pitfalls. Consider the advantages, as well. Find a qualified real estate broker with experience who has time to spend with you.

Do the Research for Yourself
Lastly, do your own research and ask three business people in the field of your interest for their opinion. Their experience and input is worth consideration before making your final decision.

"Over the years I have seen the relentless and fearless courage in her quest for business and success. In addition to all that, she has integrity in business, which puts Sonya Rose at the top of the most successful list."
