WHITE PLAINS, NY, July 09, 2009
/24-7PressRelease/ -- The 2nd Annual Westchester Charity Shoot-Out to benefit local non-profit organizations, will be played at Maple Moor Golf Course in White Plains on Monday, August 17, 2009. The Charity Shoot-Out is open to all golfers. All attendees will receive meals, a goody bag and a golf shirt and will have the opportunity to win exciting prizes. Checks will be awarded to the charities of the winning teams.
A free ad in the program booklet will be given to each charity that signs up golfers to participate.
"It has been a dream of mine to host a tournament of this caliber on a public golf course." said Larry Woodard the tournament organizer. "Last year was a good start. We delivered a lot of excitement and value for the money. Most of last years golfers have already signed up to participate this year."
The format will be a two man scramble. Each foursome will be two teams. Each team will play the best ball until the ball is in the cup.
Price is $250 per golfer. Corporate Sponsorships are available.
