    WHITE PLAINS, NY, April 9, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Margie St. John, Artist and Painter, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of fine art.

A professional artist for the past eight years, Ms. St. John is an experienced painter who works extensively with three-layered colors in a manner that brings an inner light to her work while also bringing the viewer to a higher level. Her work has been exhibited internationally in Paris and twice in Madrid, Spain and was displayed at the Ezair Gallery of American Contemporary Art in New York City. In March 2009, she will participate in an exhibition at Amsterdam Whitney Gallery in Chelsea, New York. Prior to pursuing a career in the arts, Ms. St. John worked as a nurse and taught pediatric, neurosurgical and emergency nursing practices at the Yale University School of Nursing.

Dedication and love for her work are the undisputed keys to Ms. St. John's success. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing, earned at Yale University School of Nursing in 1955, and coursework in arts at Yale University. Ms. St. John intends to continue showing her work and participate in international exhibits.
