Inspired by her mother, Ms. Muhammad started working in show-business at an early age. At age 15, she published "A Witch Named Glenda," marking the true beginning of her career. With 45 years of experience in the industry, she has made an outstanding actress, writer and producer for Mavis Reddbird Entertainment, an company that provides casting and production services, for the past 18 years. Ms. Muhammad owes her success to her talent and perseverance. Looking ahead, she hopes to see her project involving military children who have lost their parents completed.
Ms. Muhammad holds a bachelor's degree and a certificate for directing and acting. Keeping current in her industry, she is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Society, the Black Women in Film Society, The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, and The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. She is charitably involved with Melvia's Rainbow Wish and Yonni Anne Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying different cuisines and riding horses.
