Maricopa County Awards Foodservice Worker Training Contract to StateFoodSafety.com
High-quality, interactive online training now available to all food workers in Maricopa County.
OREM, UT, September 07, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Maricopa County Environmental Services Department has selected StateFoodSafety.com to provide online and classroom-based food safety training to the food service employees serving its almost four million residents. County food workers can take the training online at http://www.MaricopaFoodWorker.com.StateFoodSafety.com was awarded the contract through a competitive bid process and was recognized as the food handler training provider with the highest quality products and services. The County hopes its food workers will utilize the online training course that will replace the County's long running paper and pencil training and testing program. The training and testing will be available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, and American Sign Language. Classroom training options will also be available at the beginning of September 2013.
