-- Mark Crossin, Managing Partner of CrossInnovate Consulting, has been recognized for showing dedication and excellence in leadership and government relations.
With an impressive professional history dating back 34 years, Mr. Crossin is uniquely primed to helm CrossInnovate Consulting, a consultancy that provides services for businesses, governments, and nonprofit organizations in the areas of workers' compensation, occupational health and safety, industrial relations, human resources management, policy, leadership, and training. As managing partner, Mr. Crossin is tasked with developing and implementing policies and business plans, and supporting organizational change for advisory councils, sporting and gaming bodies, employers and unions.
In former years, Mr. Crossin served as manager of occupational health and safety for Unions NT, director of rehabilitation, compensation and information management for NT WorkSafe, and secretary for Northern Territory Trades and Labor Council. He was also director of human resources, media and marketing for the Northern Territory's Department of Justice, as well as a teacher, employee relations manager and executive director of the Northern Territory's Department of Education.
Recently inducted into Worldwide Branding, Mr. Crossin attributes his success to hard work and a natural progression of opportunities. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in business administration and workers' compensation from Charles Darwin University.
