    CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, March 15, 2013 /Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Mark Kolodziej, Chief Executive Officer for World ICU, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in human resources.

Dr. Kolodziej has 30 years of professional experience. He transitioned into human resources after leaving a career in education. Mr. Kolodziej chose the human resources field because he wanted to help people.

As chief executive officer of World ICU, Dr. Kolodziej provides top-tier leadership, determining company strategies for sustainment and growth. With substantial creative thinking skills, he ensures effective HR systems are delivered to clients. He manages four employees, presides over marketing for the company, and handles all training for volunteers, employees and consultants. In addition, Mr. Kolodziej oversees all leadership programs. He attributes his success to divine intervention, and his talents, perseverance, education and experience.

Dr. Kolodziej received an Ed.D. in 1990 from Nova Southeastern University; a Master of Science in learning and developmental science in 1983 from the University of Calgary; a graduate diploma in counseling psychology in 1982 from the University of Calgary; and a Bachelor of Science in pure mathematics in 1981 from the University of Manitoba. He also received a bachelor's degree in physical education in 1980 from the University of Calgary. Dr. Kolodziej is a certified profiling facilitator. Dr. Kolodziej is a member of the Council for Adult & Experiential Learning and the Canadian Association for Prior Learning Assessment.

Dr. Kolodziej is on the board of directors of the Diakonose House and serves on the board of directors for Martha7. He donates to the Knights of Columbus. In 2012, Mr. Kolodziej was distinguished as a Worldwide Who's Who VIP member.
