The really impressive growth has been since the Monaco Yacht Show, in the last four months we've sold 24 yachts

MONACO, February 12, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In 2013 Fraser Yachts sold more yachts than other brokerage houses yet again. The top superyacht company continues to increase the lead it has held over other yacht brokerage houses for the last four years.

The report by the industry's leading source of statistical information shows that Fraser Yachts sold 50% more yachts than its closest competitor. Fraser Yachts also closed 30% more deals than in 2012, a substantial increase compared to other brokerage houses.

Fraser Yachts has now represented over 200 buyers and sellers in yacht sales since 2009 when the data first started being accurately recorded.

The statistics also show that the total number of yachts sold in 2013 increased by over 30% compared to the number of yachts sold in 2012. This is by far the largest year on year increase since the recession hit and a very good sign for the industry as a whole.

Fabio Ermetto, Chairman of Fraser Yachts commented, "We have a very strong sales team here at Fraser Yachts and this is proven year after year by the statistics that are published by neutral sources such as Boat International Media. Our brokers expertise and inside knowledge, combined with our extensive database and marketing expertise leads to successful results time and again."

Ermetto added "The really impressive growth has been since the Monaco Yacht Show, in the last four months we've sold 24 yachts, and in January alone 3 of the yachts we sold were in in-house deals, with the latest being the 60m Ulysses. The numbers speak for themselves, if you want to buy a yacht or have your existing yacht sold why go anywhere else?"
