- KENNESAW, GA, June 29, 2008 - Marketing Specifics, Inc., a full-service advertising, marketing and commercial interior design agency that provides solutions for residential developers and builders, today announced the promotion of Erin Tatham to Account Executive. Tatham will have the primary responsibility of managing Marketing Specifics' greater New York clients as well as a continued client service relationship with her southeast builders.
"Erin's a rising star in real estate marketing. She has a strong acumen for account management and is tremendously talented. Not to mention the fact that she's a good person and has a terrific work ethic. I think her clients' will agree that she made this decision easy by working above and beyond what was asked of her. Over the past year, Tatham oversaw a multitude of marketing projects including the coordination of the interior design and sales environment for Newland Communities' "Simply Cinco" Retail Sales Center located in Houston, Texas. She handled the media planning and buying for The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay located outside of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and helped develop an integrated marketing communications plan for Julie LaTerra Homes in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Prior to joining Marketing Specifics, Tatham worked as a Marketing Manager for AIG Baker, a national real estate developer based out of Birmingham, Alabama, who specializes in commercial properties and mixed-use resort communities. Tatham was responsible for managing and implementing all marketing initiatives for AIG Baker's real estate sales, vacation rental programs and amphitheater events, as well as public relations and media planning.
