Mary A. Morain began her career 21 years ago when she took a position at her local restaurant. Proving herself to be a natural at restaurant management, she became an invaluable member of the team at M & M Bierock under the leadership of Leona Russell. Today, Ms. Morain leads M & M Bierock as Ms. Russell's successor, handling all operations of the business.
