Ms. Graves has more than 28 years of professional experience, and excels in lending loans, tax credit application preparation and writing grants. She is responsible for overseeing operations and consulting. Prior to her current position, she served as an underwriter at United States Department of Agriculture.
Ms. Graves has been recognized by the Who's Who Among American Business Women in 2002, and received the Lifetime PTA Membership Award in 1986. She also received numerous cash and time-off awards during her tenure with the federal government. The most gratifying aspects of her career is pairing grants with loans and helping build housing for low-income people.
Ms. Graves attributes her success to her honesty and dedication. She stays current with the trends in her profession by attending training programs and enrolling in continuing education. Ms. Graves feels that providing good service at an affordable price will bring in good clients.
