As the owner of CVM Transcription Services, she oversees daily business operations, including customer service, sales, accounting and the digital establishment of new accounts.
Looking back, Ms. Carroll became involved in her profession because of her prior experiences in the mortgage industry, where she assisted a multitude of real estate offices and new construction accounts, specializing in mortgage loan applications. She decided she wanted to start her own company and saw the need for these services in the medical field.
Ms. Carroll is noted for her expertise in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and medical symptoms, as well as researching and resolving health care-related concerns. She holds a bachelor's degree in business from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
