SAN FRANCISCO, CA, March 06, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael Hinshaw, Managing Director of customer experience consultancy MCorp, was asked by SAPinsider to present two special sessions at CRM 2013. These sessions target executives and senior managers who are interested in better understanding the customer experience implications of today's smarter, more empowered customers.

According to Mr. Hinshaw, "The question many companies are starting to ask is pretty simple on the surface: 'How can our firm leverage the impact of digital innovation to better engage our customers—and do so faster and more effectively than our competitors?' Where it gets more complex is in the delivery. Because customers' expectations of experience have radically changed, the new leaders will be those companies that understand how and why their customers want these sophisticated technologies to remove complexity from their lives."

Copies of his presentations will be distributed to conference attendees, as well as other business executives who wish to receive a copy by submitting a request at http://insights.mcorpconsulting.com/pr_mcorp-crm2013-presentations

Mr. Hinshaw concluded, "It isn't about what technology you use, it's about leveraging technology to give your customers what they want. Those wants include easy access, more choices, better information, and new services that more effectively address their needs and simplify their lives."

Mr. Hinshaw's talks, titled Disruptive innovation and the New World of Customer Experience: What To Do Now to Prepare and Are You as Smart as Your Customers? How to Thrive as an Intelligent Company will be presented Wednesday, March 6th at the CRM 2013 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

CRM 2013 runs from March 5th through the 8th and offers an opportunity for CRM professionals to attend comprehensive workshops, lectures, demos, and panel discussions presented by the most authoritative consultants in the CRM arena as well as top experts at SAP and leading SAP customers.
