She is currently based in Johannesburg and works as reservoir engineering lead for Sasol Petroleum International (Pty) Limited on their Mozambican assets.

She previously worked on important oil and liquefied natural gas projects and contributes to transfer best practices acquired over her distinguished career to the local oil and gas industry, making her an asset for the whole oil and gas industry in Eastern Africa. Mrs. Toulekima earned a Bachelor of Science and completed coursework in applied management. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, the Australian Institute of Management, The Australian Institute of company

directors, the Australian Women's Network and Women On Board Australia. Looking ahead, Mrs. Toulekima intends to continue to work hard within her position, help grow the energy sector, and continue with challenges within her field.

Her long term objective is to create a nonprofit organization to reach out to and sponsor under-privileged girls to study petroleum engineering.
