/24-7PressRelease/ -- High interaction and group participation is in the palm of their hands. Each team is given 3 hours to complete their quest. All teams have to plan, decide, organize and navigate to prominent landmarks in the WW2 sites to find the answers, seize a token or perform an activity as stipulated in the mobile device to accumulate their points.
On arrival at the site, the GPS Pocket PC would trigger a matching site picture to affirm that they are on the right location. Participants then choose to read the text, watch a short video-clip, enjoy a sight and sound presentation for the clues or proceed to seize a token, perform an activity or answer all the questions specified. Answers to the questions could be found on-site or embedded within the mobile device.
Visitors will be able to embark on a self-guided journey to explore the cause and impact of the Fall of Fortress Singapore in WW2; and to learn valuable historical, leadership and strategic lessons from our traumatic past as part of the larger National Education and Total Defense thrust.
