With 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, Ms. Griffin has been the owner of Griffin Muffler & Brake Center for 11 years. She is considered an expert in managing accounting, bookkeeping, providing consulting services for the mechanics, auto repair and custom exhaust services. As owner, she is responsible for overseeing operations, scheduling appointments, invoicing, accounting, payroll and ordering parts. Griffin Muffler & Brake Center provides auto repair and services including Goerlich exhaust and Cooper and Multi Mile tires.
Ms. Griffin completed coursework in general studies at the University of Northern Iowa and holds a certification through Carquest. She has been National Nominee and an Honorable Mention Winner for the Carquest Excellence Award in 2007, as well as a National Nominee for the Carquest Excellence Award in 2004. She attributes her success to her integrity, good reputation and the ability to learn from her mistakes and became involved in her profession because of her love of cars.
