QuickBooks is a widely used accounting software package - probably THE most widely used. Last year, NELiX TransaX released their powerful module for processing credit card and ACH (E-check) out of QuickBooks. Numerous features, such as the batch processing support and the ability to support Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), has made the NELiX TransaX QuickBooks module a great success.
However, many users have asked for the ability to sync their QuickBooks company file with transactions processed on their website. Our latest version of the NELiX TransaX QuickBooks module addresses that need.
Process transactions from anywhere - from your website, from within your database, on your iPhone. Then, with a click of the button, update your QuickBooks file to reflect your transactions.
Both an automatic and manual mode are available. The automatic mode will create general ledger entries for sales, captures, offline transactions, credits and refunds. The manual mode allows users to apply payments to open invoices, create sales receipts, and create credit memos. Both modes will void / delete payments as necessary based on voids and returns, as well as create deposit records based on transaction settlements.
