LUTON, ENGLAND, January 24, 2013 /EIN Presswire/ -- Network Q, the first national manufacturer-backed used car programme in the UK, has presented good samaritan Janice Dunlop with a replacement Vauxhall Vectra after her previous model had the roof cut off in a cruel twist of fate.

Mrs Dunlop's previous Vectra survived a crash when an out-of-control lorry demolished two vehicles near hers. She then offered to shelter two shaken survivors of the crash in her car. After they developed neck pains, firemen took the roof off her beloved Vectra so the pair could be treated.

With the insurance company looking unlikely to pay out, Network Q, the best place to buy used Vauxhalls, stepped in and presented Mrs Dunlop with a replacement Vectra hatchback at the Picador Chandlers Ford dealership in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Loyal customer, Janice has previously owned three Vectras, two Astras and one Cavalier.

"We're delighted that Network Q stepped in and provided us with a replacement Vectra," said Janice. "Our family love Vauxhall and the previous Vectra was the most reliable car we ever had. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Network Q for replacing our car."

Network Q offers its customers peace of mind when buying a used car and they can be assured the best selection of quality Vauxhalls anywhere with over 10,000 from over 350 retail outlets.

"We are very pleased to hand over the Vectra to Janice after she was punished for her good deed," said Wayne Talyor from Network Q. "Everyone at Network Q hopes Janice is as happy with this Vectra as she was with her previous model."

Network Q's vehicles are inspected by those who know Vauxhalls best - Vauxhall technicians - and are even checked against recall directories to make sure nothing has been overlooked.

Launched in 1990, Network Q was the first national, manufacturer-backed used car programme and is the largest used car programme in the UK and the best recognised in Europe. Network Q has sold over two million used cars to date.
