The LHAA Fitness Center presents a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring atmosphere where the focus is on long-term health and wellness for each client. Personal training clients will experience a non-competitive environment with safe, effective and knowledgeable guidance from professional trainers passionate about helping each client reach their health and wellness goals.
Clients of the LHAA Fitness Center can choose from private personal training, semi-private fitness training, yoga classes, or group exercise classes that will introduce a blend of high energy fitness with mind/body disciplines. All sessions are geared to providing lifelong fitness, health, and wellness.
Private personal training will introduce full-body, functionally based fitness but will also include stretching, flexibility and balance work. Each client can expect full personal attention from the trainer while also enjoying the motivation and company of the small group setting. Students in the yoga and group exercise classes can expect to learn a variety of fitness and mind/body therapeutic disciplines from educated, certified instructors.
Group exercise classes are free through December 31, 2013.
