LiquidAtlas.com is a unique travel site where users can read and submit reviews for specific aspects of a cruise vacation, including Cabins, Bed & Bath Amenities, Dining, Gym Facilities and Internet Access. Liquid Atlas' goal is to make it easy for travelers to find and share information that is directly related to their interests & needs.
Liquid Atlas expands the model for travel review sites. "We learned a lot from our market research," said Mike Deegan, one of the company's founders. "People are looking for very specific information when researching cruise vacations online. This makes sense when you consider that cruise lines are constantly rolling out new amenities to compete with each other and upscale hotels & resorts. We try to break it down and present information in a way that meets the needs of our users. Ultimately, their feedback will drive enhancements to the site."
Liquid Atlas is currently focused on the cruise line industry, but the company sees similar opportunities across other segments of the travel industry.
