Mr. Nielsen sees employees' wellbeing and work-life balance as key factors in human resources
VEJLE, DENMARK, January 17, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Shevana Chief Executive Officer Niels Kollerup Nielsen has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in recovery management.

Over the course of the past two years, in his capacity as chief executive officer, he has overseen daily administrative operations, including marketing, new business development and teams.
Prior to joining Shevana, Mr. Nielsen worked for Nokia for almost a decade and a half, traveling to more than 60 countries for recovery management services. While he was on business, he realized the stress that was put on employees and their families, so he decided to start his company. The staff at Shevana promotes residential well-being with the foresight to develop employee wellness during worldwide assignments.
Mr. Nielsen sees employees' wellbeing and work-life balance as key factors in human resources. To that end, he recognizes the role that the enhanced mobility of labor plays in corporate morale. Mr. Nielsen excels in his field due to his prior industry experiences and his educational background, which includes a master's degree in mechanical engineering, which he earned in Denmark. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding for excellence in his field. Throughout the course of his career, he has won a variety of awards for customer service and project management. In five years, Mr. Nielsen plans to have more time to lecture, and help new entrepreneurs regarding the dos and don'ts of business. He would also like to be in an advisory or board role, and share his knowledge with others.
