Brian Pelky has 12 years of industry experience, and was recently awarded with the prestigious CCIM designation. He has represented clients in apartment sales, land acquisition, and retail property sales. "His area of focus will be providing our clients expert analysis of apartment opportunities, as well as commercial investment sales in the Vancouver, Washington market," said Brian Bjornson, Managing Director. "With the addition of Pelky, Norris & Stevens has 9 brokers specializing in apartment investment sales."
Kristy Fire has over 10 years of combined experience in the financial services and title industries. Before joining Norris & Stevens, she held the position of Marketing/Sales Manager of a local title company. Kristy will add her intensive marketing skills to our Office Leasing group.
Matt Lyman has a strong background in banking and finance. Before joining Norris & Stevens, he held the position of Branch Manager of an east coast financial services firm. Matt will focus his efforts on Industrial Sales and Leasing.
