NORTH RYDE, NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA, March 19, 2013 /Worldwide Who's Who/
-- Nurit Gema Ruber, founder of Achieve Now, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Who's Who demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in lifestyle and business coaching. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.
Ms. Ruber, who has seven years of experience in transformational and wellness coaching, founded her company Achieve Now at the end of 2006. As a specialist in her field, she helps clients to achieve optimal health and well being physically, mentally and emotionally by helping them understand themselves better and reach their highest potential in all areas of life. She helps people overcome unwanted habits and acquire new, more useful habits by tapping into the unconscious programs that are run by the mind, removing mental blocks, and creating quick and easy transformations. She runs programs for quit smoking, weight loss, pain management, stress management and for overcoming depression and anxiety through relaxing, safe, and drug-free therapy. She also helps clients build confidence and improve their self-esteem and improve career happiness and success. Ms. Ruber attributes her success to her ability to understand people on a deeper level and get results, as well as her life experience, analytical skills, creativity and problem-solving skills. She became involved in her profession because she had always wanted to help people while gaining a deeper understanding of how the mind works.
Ms. Ruber received a master's degree in economics and business from Tel Aviv University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and management. To complement her degrees, she became a certified NLP trainer and master practitioner, a master practitioner of Time Line Therapy, a certified master hypnotherapist (Dip in Hypnotherapy), and a NLP life coach. She is also a clinical member of the Australian Hypnotherapy Association (AHA).
In years to come, Ms. Ruber will be providing her expertise to the corporate and business world, managing a practice of various health practitioners and running online programs. Ms. Ruber believes that there is too much stress and lack of career happiness in organizations and she is passionate about creating a change in how organizations manage their employees, recognize, motivate and reward them and she believes managers and leaders should be trained in how to create this sort of environment with their teams. It has already been researched and recognized that happiness of employees affect the bottom line and the loyalty of customers to a particular company. Also, she believes a lot can be done in creating more emotional stability, focus and productivity in employees by involving them in ongoing programs that work on their mindset and wellbeing.
