Sneed delivered a presentation titled, "Integrating Software to Effectively Navigate Multiple Health Care Landscapes." The presentation included an in-depth overview of Nurse Response's multilevel approach to providing high-quality health care to those it serves, while ensuring the proper use of health care resources.

As the Director of Call Center Operations at Nurse Response, Sneed is known for her thorough understanding of health care call center analytics and metrics. In her role, Sneed oversees call center operations at all five of Nurse Response's URAC Accredited Health Care Call Centers, a role which requires Sneed to consistently manage, forecast and fulfill staffing needs as they relate to ever-changing client needs, changes in call volume, member wait times and overall member satisfaction.
Before joining Nurse Response, Sneed gained experience working with Medicaid and Medicare Managed Care populations at varied health care-related organizations. Sneed holds a bachelor's degree in health care management and a nursing degree from Maryville College.
