/24-7PressRelease/ -- New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), in cooperation with Jordan University for Science and Technology (JUST) are working together to bring the global IT community to Jordan through the International Conference on Information and Communication Systems (ICICS), slated for December 20-22, 2009.
ICICS is a forum for scientists, engineers and IT experts to present the findings of their latest research, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of computer and information sciences.
Speakers, presenters and researchers from more than 28 countries from around the world are participating in this conference, transforming it into an internationally recognized event. An event of this level of participation and nature of material discussed will inevitably be highly regarded in the Middle East.
NYIT, a non-profit university, has had a presence in Jordan since 2001 under an academic agreement with the Jordan University of Science and Technology. The university seeks to provide the labor market with highly qualified graduates. Currently, the university comprises three faculties: Administrative Sciences, Computer Science and Engineering, and Fine Arts.
