MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, September 29, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Outsource Ten, an outsourced customer acquisition firm based in Manchester, are leaders in energy management for home owners. Brett Heyes, MD at Outsource Ten believes the age old concept that 'prevention is better than cure' and suggests the reason homeowners are now biting at the bit to get their homes insulated is due to the lack of competition in the energy market.

The Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) goal is to reduce CO 2 emissions, one of the main causes of climate change. CERT came into effect in April 2008, and obliges energy companies to take steps to ensure that the amount of CO 2 emissions from homes is reduced. Outsource Ten have been at the forefront of the Insulation and Energy management industry for almost 3 years and are in strong support of a tougher policy on energy companies in the UK and Europe.

Brett Heyes of Outsource Ten comments, "While consumer groups like Which welcoming moves to inject genuine competition in the energy market, we have completed over 30000 cavity and loft surveys in the greater Manchester area alone. With this sort of result Outsource Ten have been able to be part of 2 new business startups in Nottingham and Birmingham. Both new businesses will assist with the acquisition of customers looking to save money on energy through insulation".

An adequately insulated house will ensure homeowners see an annual saving of approx GBP256 a year on energy bills which in addition to the obvious benefit to homeowners will also be a more cost effective way of reducing the amount of CO 2 emitted from homes. Outsource Ten plan to further promote the benefits of home insulation as 'Stage 1' of their mission to lower carbon footprint. 'Stage 2' will include expanding into the Solar Panel Industry. "Once Outsource Ten have start ups in a further ten cities in the UK, we will have enough leverage to attack the Solar Panel Industry. Our goal is to provide guidance and mentoring in such a way that leaves Home Insulation Advisors capable of making the switch from the Insulation game to Solar Panel Surveying" says Outsource Ten, Managing Director Brett Heyes.

"Diversity is the name of the game when your goals are as big as ours. We want to be on 3 continents by the end of 2012 and are starting with a Business Development trip to Philadelphia next week to meet with potential new clients and impress our American partners" adds Brett Heyes for Outsource Ten.

In an economy on the brink of a double dip recession, Outsource Ten have demonstrated outsourced customer acquisition is a recession proof industry while being able to contribute to lowering CO 2 emissions.
