Paolo Pagani Honored for Accomplishments in Emergency and Disaster Management

Mr. Pagani has 35 years of professional experience, with three years as President of E.Di.Ma.S. Emergency and Disaster Management Studies. Over the years, he has built up a comprehensive skill set that includes teamwork, leadership in international and multicultural environments, and business development. On a daily basis, he is responsible for maintaining an affiliation with University of Rome, and going through other agreements for other associations that provide opportunities for professionals to obtain master's degrees.

Mr. Pagani is also the owner of Net & People, which provides management consulting and tutoring for small and medium enterprises. Looking back, he attributes his success to team building and on-the-job learning. He has 35 years of experience, and is determined to succeed and network with other professionals worldwide. He became involved in his profession after working with General Electric for 30 years as a project manager and supply chain manager. He then decided to move on.

Mr. Pagani received a master's degree in management and development of enterprise networks from LUISS Business School in 2011. He also completed an executive course in civil protection through the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in 2011 and earned an executive master's degree in civil protection and disaster management in 2010. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with Fondazione Verrocchio, the Italian Association of Procurement Management, the National Association Disaster Managers, the Europe chapter of the International Association of Emergency Managers, and the International Federation of Purchasing and Material Management. In years to come, Mr. Pagani plans to establish relationships with European universities, and define the European community.
