Patrice A. Nadeau Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Roofing Services

    DANBURY, CT, February 26, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Patrice A. Nadeau, President of Pana, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of roofing services.

Mr. Nadeau has four decades of experience in business management. An expert in operations management and finance, he oversees operations for Pana, Inc., his own roofing company that specializes in repairing and replacing roof finishes. His distinguished history as a businessman has its roots in his youth in Canada. Originally from Quebec, Mr. Nadeau set out at the age of 19 in search of adventure. He eventually found his way to Norwalk, CT, where he thought he would earn some money by working as a roofer for a couple of months; inspired by his experience and respected by the builders for whom he was working, he resolved to go into business for himself. For the first 10 years, Mr. Nadeau built Pana, Inc., running several crews himself. In 1972, he moved his growing business, and his young family, to Danbury, where he saw the company expand from asphalt to higher-end decorative cedar roofing. By the 1980s, he had grown his company to 10 crews, incorporating such materials as copper, slate, and clay tile. He considers providing multiple products to multiple industries, while increasing employment at the same time, to be the most rewarding aspect of his work. Honored by Cambridge Who's Who both as a VIP member and as a Professional of the Year in 2008, Mr. Nadeau attributes his success to giving superlative service to the customer at the top of his priority list, being willing to work long hours, and taking great care of his employees.

In addition to Pana, Inc., Mr. Nadeau runs three businesses in Canada, two in Quebec and one in Montreal. He is affiliated with the Connecticut Roofing Contractors Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Connecticut Moose Association. As he prepares to wind down his career, Mr. Nadeau is proud to see that he successfully passed on the mantle of responsibility to his three children, all of whom have been trained for decades to maintain the values and standards upon which the family business was built.
